Correction slip
CPWD issues correction slips to the DSR. Upload one: every item it names is compared with the schedule (new item / rate changed / text changed / same); tick the rows to take over and apply. A scanned slip needs OCR (Tesseract) on the server — otherwise key the changes with Add item / Edit or the changes Excel.

Edit Description / Unit / Rate / Note in the downloaded sheet, add rows for new items, write yes under Delete to delete — then upload it here. Rows with errors are listed and skipped.
