CPWD DSR BOQ from the drawing

How to use it

Open it from the CAD palette (Outputs → CPWD DSR BOQ, or the CPWD DSR BOQ tile in drive mode) for the drawing's floors, or from the project hub (CPWD DSR BOQ) for the linked web tools.
The DSR (E&M) item library is read on the server from CPWD's own PDF (Documents → CPWD Publications on cpwd.gov.in) — a company admin loads it once with Load DSR from cpwd.gov.in, or uploads the PDF; the edition, item count and source are shown at the top.
Fill the name of work, location, client and prepared-by; pick the point-wiring group (A / B / C by building type), conduit (MS medium class unless the drawing says PVC), switches, LED efficacy class and body, cost index, CPOH and GST % and whether CPOH / GST apply to Non-DSR items only (DSR rates already include them) or to all items.
Quantities come from the drawing: points per room (light / fan / exhaust), socket outlets, plug wiring and circuit / submain wiring per circuit in metres, the DB shell with MCBs, isolator, RCCB and blanking plates as separate items, luminaires by type and wattage, fans, ELV devices, and every drive tool's BOQ (fire alarm loops, sprinkler piping, ELV racks, earthing & LPS, trays & cables, HVAC, gas, car park, toilets).
Each item is matched to a DSR item by rules (words and sizes must agree, units must match) — a size with no exact DSR item becomes Non-DSR (supply, installation, testing & commissioning at market rate). Click any DSR number to search the DSR and pick another item or make it Non-DSR; Remember my choices keeps them for the next BOQ.
Excel (5 sheets): Summary (sub-head totals linked from the BOQ, cost index, CPOH 15 % and GST 18 % as editable inputs, grand total), BOQ (quantities = SUMIF of the Take Off, rates linked from the rate analysis), Take Off (floor, room / circuit, nos × length × factor, source), Rate Analysis DSR and Rate Analysis Non-DSR (three quotation cells per item, the lowest is adopted). Points and nos are whole numbers, cable / conduit / wire to the nearest metre.
